Spearmint (Spare Mint), (Classical) Peppermint, (7 Deadly) Cinnamon, (Mojito) Lime Mint, (Caffeinated) Chai Mint and Wintergreen (Sugar Free Tibet)

The Chocolate Factory - Hopewell, NJ.
They say:
"Get Your Fix" and "Compose Yourself"
Packaging:
Super thin metal tin with sliding action.
Contains: Sorbitol, Magnesium Stearate.
Bonus':
Sugar free!

Also Recommended:
24-7, Tic Tacs varieties, Frisk varieties, Jo Mints varieties, Rio varieties, Smint varieties, Oral Fixation varieties.
Verdict:
And now for the fewer frills attached, Oral Fixation have Classical Pepperment. The sleak packaging works exceptionally well with the notion of your everyday peppermint and will enhance the proficiency of any businessman or businesswoman. The only reason this one doesn't get the full five star rating is simply cos it's not my favourite Oral Fixation flavour. There is a ever-so-slightly soapy taste too, but it is really only there if you are looking for it.

Verdict:
Mmmmm! Mmmmmmmm! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!! Sweeeet! These Oral Fixation Mojito (or as they are often easlier called) Lime Mints are without a doubt my favourite in the Oral Fixation range. Not only do you get the same unique and stylish (not to mention neat and compact) packaging, but the actual mints are a delicious lime flavour, sure enough to put your senses all on end! "Bartender, make mine a stiff one!"

"The Extra Strong Mint"
You get:
40 mints.
Packaging:
Miniature tube with flip top plastic lid.
Contains: Calcium Stearate.
Bonus':
Sugar free!

Also Recommended:
24-7, Tic Tacs varieties, Frisk varieties, Jo Mints varieties, Rio varieties, Smint varieties, XXX varieties.
Verdict:
Hhhmmm, not bad, not bad. Nice neat tube abou tthe length of a mobile phone, maybe even shorter, so travelling issues, well there won't be any travelling issues! The lid is nice and keeps the contents secure, maybe a bit too secure, as poring the mints can be a bit tedius. Other than that, not a lot to say about these mints. Same great XXX taste, simply in miniature form.

Mint: 24-7
Type of Mint:

Available in:
Mighty Mint - Freshness Fast and Air Surge - Menthol Invigoration.

Trebor / Cadbury.
They say:
"Hit The Re-fresh Button"
You get:
40 Units per 8g.
Packaging:
Plastic Shell Dispenser with release button.
Contains:
Phenylalanine.
Bonus':
Sugar Free.
Also Recommended:
Smint varieties, Frisk varieties, Jo Mints varieties, Rio varieties, O/ZON Mints.
Verdict:
They say you get 40 units, and it's spot on. The packaging is awesome, and the release button is a fantastic idea. However, before you get to this, you need to peel off the shrink wrap, and it's not a simple task. Even with their pull tab. Very neat though, and great to keep in your pocket. Value for money isn't there, however.

Mint: Altoids
Type of Mint:
Small round sucking mints.
Made by:
Smith and Company.
Available in: Mint, Winter Green and Cinnamon.
They say: "Curiously Strong"
You get: 50g.
Packaging: Metal tin.
Contains: .
Bonus': Handy reclosable packaging.
Also Recommended: Oddfellows, XXX, Crown Mints, Certs Peppermints.
Verdict: A wonderfully powerful mint, which comes in a very handy metal tin. It seems to be a fad that mints are now coming in metal containers, but apparently Altoids have been doing this for quite some time. Originally they came in cardboard boxes, but switched to the present packaging in the 1920's.
Rating: Three and a half Stars.
Mint: Altoids Cinnamon
Type of Mint:
Small round sucking mints.
Made by:
Smith and Company.
Available in: Mint, Wintergreen and Cinnamon.
They say: "The Original Celebrated Curiously Strong" / "The Tiny Tin"
You get: 11g.
Packaging: Tiny metal tin.
Contains: Gelatin, Cinnamomium Zeylanicum.
Bonus': Handy reclosable packaging.
Also Recommended: Altoids varieties, Oddfellows, Euromints Cinnamon, Warp Mints Cinnamon.
Verdict: I'm going to be completely honest here. I've had some good cinnamon mints in my time, and then I've had Altoids Cinnamon. These Altoids are very strong, perhaps too strong for some, but are quite chalky and leave a terrible red cinnamon dust in the air. I can't imagine these dust particles flying through the air can be at all good for you either. No sir, I don't like it!

Mint: Certs Cool Mint Drops Peppermint
Type of Mint:
Small capsule sucking mints.
Made by:
Adams.
Available in: Peppermint, Cinnamint and Freshmint.
They say: -
You get: 30g.
Packaging: Flip top box.
Contains: Maltodextrin, Magnesium Stearate, Blue 2 Lake, Partially Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil and Copper Gluconate.
Bonus': Flip top box makes carrying easy.
Also Recommended: Certs varieties.
Verdict: It seems nearly everyone is doing that whole flip top packaging now, but it's never going to get old. The flip top is one of my favourite packages for mints. It makes them easy to access and consume and easy to carry about. The actual Cert Cool Mint Drops are wonderfully shaped that just putting them in your mouth is a pleasure! But the best thing about Certs Cool Mint Drops is that they have Retsyn in the centre, which is released when you reach it. Giving that extra burst of minty freshness!
Rating: Four Stars.

Mint: Certs Peppermint
Type of Mint:
Small round sucking mints.
Made by:
Adams.
Available in: Mint, Spearmint and Peppermint.
They say: "Breath Mints"
You get: 12 Mints.
Packaging: Paper and Foil tube.
Contains: Retsyn, Magnesium Stearate.
Bonus': Comes in a shiny gold wrapper!
Also Recommended: Life Savers, Lion Mints, Steam Rollers.
Verdict: Wow! What a crunchy mint! Yes, I know, Certs aren't meant to be chewed, but I can't help chomping through many of the mints I consume. This mint is distinctively peppermint, you could probably tell just by it's taste. I like everything about this mint, from the taste, texture to the speckled blue bits on the min itself. This is a mint that just goes down quite well.

Mint: Clorets Mini Mints
Type of Mint:
Small tablet mint.
Made by:
Adams.
Available in: Mint.
They say: "Helps Fight Bad Breath"
You get: 35 Carbohydrate Reduced Mints.
Packaging: Transparent Plastic Dispenser.
Contains: Actizol, Chlorophyll, Sorbitol and Aspartame.
Bonus': Good for bad breath.
Also Recommended: Tic Tacs.
Verdict: Clorets usually make chewing gum, but when I found their mint product I decided to pay more attention. These are really mild mints. I know I say this a lot, but this is an all round perfect mint. Nothing to blow your socks off, but nothing to really criticise either. The texture is rather nice, and for a change it isn't totally smooth, but slightly rough. The mints themselves look like miniature green spotted eggs, and the packet is resealable, which is a big deal for me.

Verdict:
"It's like there's a party in my mouth and everyone's invited!". These are absolutely incredible! I cannot get over these! These are oral care strips which dissolve in your mouth within seconds. Sure, they don't last long, but the taste does. And to boost, the Cool Mint Listerine strips kill the bacteria in your mouth! I can't wait for the day when these will be available locally!

Mint: Crown Mints
Type of Mint:
Flat round powder mints.
Available in:
Mint, Spearmint, Extra Strong Mint, Sugar Free and Mini Mints.
Made by:
Robern Menz.
They say:
"Quality since 1850"
You get:
200g OR 300g OR 650g (Value Bulk Pack).
Packaging:
Plastic Bag.
Contains:
Peppermint flavour.
Also Recommended:
Oddfellows, Crown Mints varieties and XXX.
Verdict:
Crowns Mints have become my new favourite powdered mint. Probably the best thing about them is you can suck on them for ages and you will notice the mint flavouring isn't overpowering as some mints can be. It's a very mild mint. Also, unlike some powdered mints, Crown Mints won't start to taste funny the more you have. A very important factor for mintaholics!

Mint: Equal Mints Duo
Type of Mint:
Small round sucking mints.
Made by:
Equal.
Available in: Mint and Spearmint.
Packaging: Cardboard box.
Also Recommended: Zones varieties.
Verdict: Very little is known about these extremely rare and hard to find mints. They are however some of the best mints I've ever had. I'm usually the type to chomp through my mints, but with Equal's Duo, sucking them brings out the flavour more so, and the strength of these mints are simply supreme! I've only seen and sampled these mints once, and they seemed to disappear from existence shortly afterwards. Perhaps they were recalled due to the whole "Aspartame" issue, which is related to the company who makes these, Equal. Either way, if these mints are bad for you, I don't care! :P
Rating: Three and a half Stars.

Mint: Euromints Cinnamon
Type of Mint:
Small caffeinated tablet mint.
Made by:
Eurobrand.
Available in: Peppermint and Cinnamon.
They say: "The original energy mint"
You get: 50g.
Packaging: Metal tin / flip case.
Contains: Sorbitol, Caffeine, Calcium Sterate, Acesulfame Potassium.
Bonus': Caffeinated, Protective and resealable packaging.
Also Recommended: Jo Mints, M-60, Warp Mints varieties, 24-7, Warp Mints Cinnamon, Altoids Cinnamon.
Verdict: The Cinnamon Euromint is very convenient for the mouth with its immediate crisp cinny flavour. It is very sweet with an obvious kick from the caffeine. Rather than pouring a second cup of coffee in the afternoon make sure your breath is as sharp as you are after you've tried Euromints Cinnamon in the afternoon. It's small enough to get more than enough bang for your buck and it comes in a convenient metal tin / flip case.

Mint: Euromints Peppermint
Type of Mint:
Small caffeinated tablet mint.

Eurobrand.
Available in: Peppermint and Cinnamon.
They say: "The caffeinated peppermint"
You get: 50g.
Packaging: Metal tin / flip case.
Contains: Sorbitol, Caffeine, Calcium Sterate, Acesulfame Potassium.
Bonus': Caffeinated, Protective and resealable packaging.
Also Recommended: Jo Mints, M-60, Warp Mints varieties, 24-7, Warp Mints varieties.
Verdict: These are the first mints I have come across that are solely caffeinated. Adding supplements such as caffeine and guarana or ginseng to mints is the clearly the flavour of the month. And what a flavour it is! Euromints make a very nice mint that like the Jo Mints dissolve quickly, but leave a little soapy feeling in your mouth after having too many.
Yet having a Euromint Peppermint on it's own is very pleasant and one of the first things I recall when I popped one into my mouth was the immediate climate change in my mouth! Euromints are super cool! !¡

Packaging:
Small Paper / Foil Bag.
Contains:
Phenylalanine and Sorbitol.
Bonus':

Also Recommended:
Fisherman's Friend Super Strong Mint.
Verdict:
Not a bad mint at all. Something to take note of however, Fisherman's Friend are specifically lozenges. This means they aren't your everyday sweet mints! One thing I will grant them though, they undoubtedly leave a very nice clean and fresh taste in your mouth. !¡

Verdict:
These have a super nice mint flavour, but beware, they are extremely strong! You don't want to go chewing these either, as they are specifically lozenges. Another warning, too many in the mouth at once will spell disaster! Just a touch too strong for me...

Mint: Flatfruits Blueberry
Type of Mint:
Dissolving mint strip.
Made by:
Flatmints Ltd.
Available in: Mint, Strawberry and Blueberry.
They say: "Get Fresh!"
You get: 15 sheets.
Packaging: Small carry case.
Bonus': Super neat packaging.
Also Recommended: Cool Mint Listerine Strips, KISS Mints varieties.
Verdict: Not my favourite among the Flatmint / fruit varieties, yet Flatfruits Blueberry is still a sweet mint worth trying... or better yet, tasting! If I haven't already, I must comment on the packaging. I love these tiny little containers! They make carrying mints / breath fresheners so discreet. Not even a cm in depth, these little things could easily hide in your spare change pocket. The min itself is slightly bitter in taste. This could be the combination of peppermint and the blueberry flavouring. Still, it is a sweet mint and I quite enjoy it!

Mint: Flatfruits Strawberry
Type of Mint:
Dissolving mint strip.
Made by:
Flatmints Ltd.
Available in: Mint, Strawberry and Blueberry.
They say: "Get Fresh!"
You get: 24 sheets.
Packaging: Small carry case.
Bonus': Super neat packaging.
Also Recommended: Cool Mint Listerine Strips, KISS Mints varieties.
Verdict: You may be thinking, "hold on, how can strawberry be a mint?" Well this product actually combines peppermint flavour with strawberry flavour! This is by far my favourite fruit flavour ed dissolving mint! I can understand if some people don't like the mint as the taste and texture of a dissolving mint can get mixed, but the strawberry is ingenious!
Rating: Four Stars.

They say: "Get Fresh!"

Packaging: Small carry case.
Bonus': Super neat packaging.
Also Recommended: Cool Mint Listerine Strips, KISS Mints varieties.
Verdict: There is a new generation of mints, and these are them. Flat mints that dissolve on your tongue or in your mouth! Even though all these new sheet style mints are relatively the same, Flatmints are one of my favourite because their taste is far superior to that of other brands. A very important aspect of mints is the subtleness of the flavour. Many mints are too strong, but Flatmints are perfect. One thing I noticed about some brands of these flat style mints, is that the sheets sometimes curl up at the corners, and this makes it difficult to remove one sheet at a time.

Mint: Flirt Mints
Type of Mint:
Hard round sucking mints.

Aldi.
Available in:
Peppermint.
They say:
"Extra Strong Peppermint"
You get:
27g.
Packaging:
Flip top cardboard box.
Also Recommended:
Jila Mints, Zones Drops.
Verdict:
Not really much to say about these mints other than they are a blatant rip off of the ever popular and one of my personal favourites, Jila Mints. Same shape and size packaging, the mint itself is identical in all aspects except the taste is perhaps a tiny bit watery. That's it. Short and sweet.

Also Recommended:

Verdict:
A wonderfully refreshing flavour, Frisk Eucalyptus is also a quite strong mint. However, not as strong as Frisk Peppermint. As always, all Frisks are great because they are sugar free, and I am unsure if this applies to all Frisk flavours, but the eucalyptus ones say "suitable for diabetics" which is a big bonus.!¡

A very clean tasting mint that will freshen your breath wonderfully. Something very unique to the Spearmint flavoured Frisk is the smoothness of the actual tablet. This makes the mint very pleasant to suck. Unfortunately the Spearmint Frisk is not my favourite, and I find it quite bland. !¡
